Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days . Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details.
Estimated Delivery Times
Average delivery time is 8–15 business days , depending on your location and local postal service. Delays may occur during peak traffic periods, holidays, or postal checks. Please note that we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, as some factors during transportation are beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders. There are no hidden costs—the price you see is the final price.
Order Tracking
Our orders are shipped via Poste Italiane . Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with all your tracking details. You can track your package directly via the link in the email or visit our Track Your Order page , where you can enter the email address you used at checkout and your order number to view the status of your shipment. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email.
Can't find your tracking email? Please also check your spam or junk folder —automated emails sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it, please contact us at support@boutiqueveronica.com and we will help you right away.
Responsibility and Delivery
- If tracking confirms that the package was delivered to the address provided, Boutique Lucia Amalfi is not responsible for items lost or stolen after delivery.
- Please carefully review your shipping information before completing checkout. Any errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional charges may apply for reshipping.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no updates for a long time or your order is delayed, please contact us at support@boutiqueveronica.com .We will check the status of your package with the courier and update you as soon as possible.
