Boutique Veronica Milano cannot be held responsible for any typographical or display errors on the site.

3. Orders and payments

Orders are processed once full payment is received.

Available payment methods depend on your country or region and may include major credit cards and other secure payment systems.

Unless otherwise indicated, all prices are displayed in Euros (EUR).

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment is not verified or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

4. Processing and shipping

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Estimated delivery: 8–15 business days, depending on destination

All products are shipped directly from our logistics partners, including centers located in China and other regions.

Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to customs clearance or delays by local postal services. Boutique Lucia Amalfi cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by couriers or customs authorities.

5. Returns and cancellations

All returns and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Return Policy. Please review it before making a return request.

6. Responsibility

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the courier confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

The customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the delivery information at the time of purchase.

Any address change requests must be submitted within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Boutique Lucia Amalfi cannot be held liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, or delays beyond our control.
